Winter Move-In FAQ

Your residence fees will be posted in the middle of December. Students will receive an email to their Carleton email account when the fees are posted and will be provided with a deadline to make payment of the residence fees only.

The residence fees can be found by clicking here and looking under the “Winter Term” column.

All winter term fees, including residence and tuition, are due by November 25, 2023, however, as the residence fees are not posted to your Student Account until the middle of December, the Housing Office will provide a different payment deadline for residence fees only.

Beginning mid-December we will commence building and room assignment. More information will be emailed later in December.

Winter 2024 move-in will begin at 12:00 pm noon on January 7, 2024. More move-in information will be provided by email later in December.

When you arrive, please proceed to the Residence Reception Desk in the Teraanga Commons building (formerly Residence Commons) to pick up your key package and receive further instructions.
