Client Service Representative Role
A Client Service Representative (CSR) is looked upon as a resource person and first point of contact for the Carleton Residence community and general public at the Residence Desk. Under the direction of the Coordinator, CSRs are responsible for providing information and supporting students and visitors regarding all aspects of Carleton Residence and the broader campus.

Lead Client Service Representative Role
A Lead Client Service Representative (Team Lead) is looked upon as a resource person and first point of contact for Client Service Representatives (CSRs), the Carleton Residence community and the general public at the Residence Desk. Under the direction of the Coordinator, they are responsible for motivating, guiding, coaching, and supporting a team of Client Service Representatives. They ensure all established procedures are followed while exceeding Service Excellence standards and foster a positive, professional team environment.
