Meal Plan Change Policy

Fall Term Meal Plan Change

From the beginning of the Fall Term to September 18, 2024, you may change your meal plan option for unlimited number of times* (including opting out for residents of Leeds). After September 18, 2024, and until the end of the Fall Term, you may change your meal plan options only if the change results in an increase in the number of weekly meals.

Winter Term Meal Plan Change

From the beginning of the Winter Term to January 22, 2025, you may change your meal plan option unlimited number of times*.  After January 22, 2025, and until the end of the Winter Term, you may change your meal plan options only if the change results in an increase in the number of weekly meals.

*The first meal plan option change made in each of the Fall and Winter Terms is free of charge. A $25 administrative fee will be assessed for any subsequent meal plan option changes.

Meal plan fees will be adjusted accordingly to the Student Account and will be prorated based on when we receive your Meal Plan Change Form.  Unused dining dollars expire as of April 26, 2024 and are nonrefundable.
