Hello, and welcome to Lennox & Addington!
My name is Mikaela and I am the Residence Manager for Lennox and Addington! I am looking forward to welcoming those who are new to residence and those returning to their home away from home. I work alongside my team of 19 Residence Fellows, collectively we hope to facilitate a space where you feel a part of a community that is both supportive and fun! As you settle in you will find that your Residence Fellows are great resources in relation to any questions or concerns you may have.
Before your arrival on campus, I wanted to take this opportunity to share some fun facts about Lennox and Addington 😊
– Lennox and Addington was built in 2011 making it the most recently built residence building. This is soon to change as a new residence is currently being built!
– Lennox and Addington has 10 floors that include two upper-year communities, a single-gender community, and a substance free community!
– The amount of daylighting is optimized through building orientation and window-to-wall size ratios – there is glass with different performance characteristics on different elevations.
If I am not at work you can find me camping, running or listening to a crime podcast. I hope to meet you this year and potentially connect over some shared interests!
