Check In Process

By Car

  • Please arrive as close to your registered check-in time as possible.
  • Check-in for all students will be drive-through style in Parking Lot 7. When you arrive on campus via the Bronson Avenue entrance, follow signage to turn right at the roundabout.                
  • Pull up to the tent for your assigned building to check in and pick up your move-in package. Have your government-issued identification ready and stay inside your vehicle.
  • Proceed to the designated unloading location for your building and quickly unload your belongings. Student volunteers will be ready to assist you with moving your items to your room. 
  • Drivers must remain with their vehicle until all belongings are unloaded, then move their car to Parking Lots 1 or 5.

Arriving by Cab, Rideshare or Public Transit 

Direct the driver to drop you off at Teraanga Commons. Check in at the Residence Reception Desk on the second floor. 

OC Transpo has several stops on campus, all within walking distance to Teraanga Commons.
