Your residence fee includes the provision of a telephone with an individual extension number.  While the telephone set will not be in your room upon arrival, we are more than happy to sign one out for your use during the academic year.

If you would like a phone in your room complete the Telephone Request Form  Upon receipt of your request, you will be notified (by email)  by a representative of the Housing Department with further instructions for picking up your telephone.

Included is local calling service and special features, such as voice mail.  When family and friends are attempting to reach you in your room, they should dial (613) 688-2300 and enter 737 + extension number.
